Review: Shutterfly iPad Case

November 25, 2013

Shutterfly is one of my favorite online stores and I have joyfully worked with them on several occasions, thus when they approached me again for a review of another product it was as though Christmas had come early for me this year!  When I saw that they had recently added customizable iPad cases, I knew immediately that this was the product I wanted to review.

I personally believe that Shutterfly is the best website to work with in order to showcase your beloved photos.  They have hundreds of products to chose from and they make the process of putting your photos onto the products incredibly user-friendly and uncomplicated.  With free, unlimited, secure photo storage and high-quality products, it is simple to turn the photos you love into amazing creations that live on forever.  They also offer 100% “happiness guaranteed” and if for some reason you are unhappy they will give you a full refund.

The most difficult part of creating my iPad case was choosing from the thousands upon thousands of photos I have.  Shutterfly has various designs templates to use for the iPad cover.  Once I finally selected the design template and the photos that I wanted, I uploaded the photos and played around with their positioning in the design template until it was perfect.  The entire process took me less than twenty minutes.  This is the final product:

The iPad case took less than a week to arrive and I was definitely 100% satisfied.  It is a folio-style case with a magnetic closure, which protects both the front and the back.  The spine is reinforced for added protection.  The outside is finished with black leather and the inside is finished with black micro-suede — both materials are soft and light.

Shutterfly’s motto is: “That epic shot from your cross-country road trip.  The moment she looks at you, and you think, I want to remember her like this forever.  Your new puppy’s soapy first bath.  We love your photos as much as you do, whether they’re snapshots or professional photos, from a day at the park or a once-in-a-lifetime event.”  They just get it.  Trust me, you will too when you you open up the box that contains your finished product!
