My Dream Photo Shoot With Padàlily (Part 1)

August 27, 2015

A couple of weeks ago, I shared with you a behind the scenes photo shoot of the company Padàlily and its founder Lily Winnail. Recently Lily contacted me about a new product that she was launching. Not only did she want me to shoot it, but she wanted my son, Joaquín, to be the model. I am not sure I have said “yes” to something so quickly before (okay, maybe when Lucas proposed I might have said “yes” that quickly too).

If there was ever a dream photo shoot for a photographer who happens to be a parent, I have no doubt that photographing their child would be it. I cannot even begin to describe how much fun I had and how proud of him I was afterwards.

I plan to share with you many more photos from the photo shoot in Part 2. For now, I leave you with the photo that is being used in the product launch. If you would like to purchase the Canopy Blanket (I highly recommend that you do, as it is amazing) and see a few more photos of Joaquín in action, please visit here.
