I love my little red Toyota Prius. In my opinion it is quite a sexy car! However, I think if I had the option of riding around in it or being taken around town on the back of an elephant I would choose the latter in a heartbeat.
The name of our elephant wasor flower (in case you do not read Hindi). I really do not believe that there is a more docile or gentle creature than an elephant.
In my next life I want to come back as the person who gets to paint the elephants every day.
Sadly, the twenty minute ride was over way too quickly. Though I was very excited to explore the Amber Fort more intimately. . .
Haha, I totally thought this was going to be a post about Red Priuses after reading your first sentence 😛
PS. Do you really believe in your next life and past lives? Have you read “Many Lives Many Masters?” If you do believe in that and you haven’t read that book yet, you MUST. Either way, read it because it’s super interesting!
Haha – I would choose the elephant over a Prius any day too! I love these photos. Was it hot that day?
gotta love elephant riding! 😉 great pics! I love how they paint the elephants… India is oh so colorful!
Oh Andi, thank you for this post. Love it love it love it, great, great photos and now I want an elephant :-)))
You are so happy in your India. And the photos are magical, as always. Your driver, on the other hand, looked quite scary. 🙂
What a way to travel! I’m completely jealous. And yes, painting elephants for a living wouldn’t be a bad life.
Your blog is the best online!!!!
