The specialty of this temple, it is situated near 5 holy rivers – Savitri, Gayatri, veena, koyna, and Krishna. This is the centre of attraction for the Hindu devotees. The flawless architecture of the temple made them different from other places.

Panch Ganga temple is open all 7 days a week, and the Timing is 5:00 am to 12:00 pm (Day time) and 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Evening time). The main thing is no entry fees for visiting the panch Ganga temple.

Venna lake is a very attractive place to visit in Mahabaleshwar. Generally, it is a man-made lake which is situated 2 km away from the heart of the Mahabaleshwar. This lake was built in 1842, by shree appasaheb Maharaj for the purpose of regular water supply in nearby towns. The lake is situated in approx 28 acres of field. There is a flawless beauty of nature that’s why venna lake is the most beautiful place in Mahabaleshwar city. 

You can enjoy boating, horse riding, local street foods, and many more activities on a venna lake. You can visit here with your family for a picnic. 

Timing and Entry fee 

Venna lake is open all 7 days in a week. And the time of visiting the venna lake is 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. There is no entry fee but for activities, you have to pay different amounts.

Pratapgarh fort is the most attractive historical tourist place which is situated in the Satara district of Maharashtra. Pratapgarh fort is built on the hilltop of Mahabaleshwar. There are four places in Pratap Garh fort – a historic cultural library, a Bhawani temple, a watchtower, and four lakes. You can explore the rich Maratha heritage at Pratapgarh fort.

Pratapgarh fort is open all 7 days in a week. And there is no entry fee for visiting the pratapgarh fort.

  1. Wilson point

Wilson point is the prettiest spot for exploring the beauty of nature in Mahabaleshwar. It is built above 1439 meters from the sea level. The name of the hilltop is Sindola hill. This is the place where you can see the sunset and sunrise. It is the most beautiful picnic spot of Mahabaleshwar.

Timing and Entry fee

Wilson point is open all 7 days in a week. And the timing will be 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. There is no entry fee for visiting the Wilson point.

  1. Lingmala waterfall 

Lingmala waterfall is situated 6 km away from Mahabaleshwar city. It is located near the forest of lingmala bungalows. There are two waterfalls present at this place. One is 600 feet high and another one is a mini waterfall. The mini waterfall is the best place for swimming, and you can enjoy your weekend trips with your family at lingmala waterfall. 

Timing and Entry fee

Lingmala waterfall is open 7 days a week. And the entry fee is 20 rs. per person and 10 rs. Additional charge if you have a camera.
