Cuba: Day 4 (Part 2)

My recommendation for your first day exploring La Habana is to get rid of the map, forget any advice anyone has given you, and get lost.  You do not have to worry about wandering into any unsafe neighborhoods or truly getting lost, as it is a safe city and so small that you will eventually find your way back to where you started.  Join me now on a photographic journey of the time where I followed my own advice and got lost in downtown La Habana:

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

La Habana, Cuba

If you have been following my blog long enough you would know that every day on the road with me has both its adventures and misadventures. . .

  2. Ahhhh! Those cars slaaaay me!

I just wanted to pop over and thank you for entering the giveaway for my 2011 calendar on Oh, Mishka. We’ve got a few left if you’re still keen! (cough, shameless self-promotion, cough) ;)

  3. I know I’ve said it before, but… you do such a wonderful job on the blog. I really look forward to reading it. I hope someday to be able to express my travels in such an entertaining manner ;)

  4. You and that brown hair! It’s blowing my mind here!!!

You are gorgeous as a blond, but you were also gorgeous as a brunette, I can’t decide which I like better!!!

  5. I would absolutely love to drive an old Ford and cruise around in Cuba with my daughters!

I’m guessing you love pink, too? Your blog is really eye-catching and so very YOU!

  6. Awesome photos. Compare these photos to some downtowns of American cities and you have to wonder, which would make better impression on you. I guess you’re just a great photographer and you can make anything look good. My favorite, however, is the photo of you. I really envy you, would love to see Cuba one day :)

  7. The old cars are awesome! Especially the pink one, hehe.. Ryan and I hope to go to Cuba next year, want to see the last bit of communism exist still on earth…

  8. Hello Andi,
