The box I received was from Cinque Terre, Liguria, which is located in Northwestern Italy where the Alps and the Apennines cascade into the Mediterranean. My favorite to make was the pasta (Trofie of Portofino), which we cooked with the pesto sauce (Pesto Sauce of Genova) and added mozzarella cheese and shrimp to complete the dish. Of course, we opened a bottle of wine and had fresh bread as well. There was definitely enough for leftovers the following day.
