Gaetano’s is a family run restaurant that relocated to Henderson is 2002 from California. They continue to offer the same family recipes that draw in regulars just as their California location did. No matter what day you happen to dine at Gaetano’s we recommend the Risotto of the Day. Their fresh, handmade pasta makes a filling meal with a delectable taste.
Another favorite dish is their Sicilian Eggplant Rollatini, which is flawlessly crafted by the chef. Every few months Gaetano’s offers tasting dinners. Either craft whiskey or wines are paired with chef chosen courses. The pairings are a phenomenal experience so get a reservation for events when they are announced.

The restaurants slogan is extremely accurate. Many people flock to the restaurant for their happy hour from 3-6. They have discounted wines, cocktails, and small plates during this time. Located right I the middle of the Green Valley South business center it is very easy to locate.
Prices for dinner can be steep but well worth it for the portion size. There are some dishes on Bella Vita’s menu that are simply divine. The Tartufata pizza is a guest favorite featuring spicy salami, prosciutto, and truffle oil- yum! The dining room offers a cozy, intimate setting perfect for a date.
You are also welcome to take a seat on their patio if you would prefer an open air eating space. Another accent to Bella Vita’s atmosphere is the live music they bring in. Gently tunes will dance your through Dinner and conversations making a lasting impression for guests.
The exterior of this restaurant is extremely humble for what awaits you inside. Il Chianti is home to Chef Rodolfo Janeo, Jr., a Filipino native who has made quite a name for himself in the Las Vegas restaurant industry. The Chef loves to make guests feel like they are receiving a VIP service by tending to tables himself at least once throughout the meal. Il Chianti offers a personal touch that you will not find at many restaurants. It is this quality which draws more and more regulars each week.
The food at Il Chianti is truly remarkable. A favorite amongst many regulars is the Mediterranean pasta served with scallops and shrimp. The Lynn Pear and Cheese is also a delicious choice. We recommend making reservations on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday to enjoy a meal, accompanied by beautiful live music.
