Top 3 beaches in Koh Samui

March 17, 2020

Who goes all the way to Koh Samui and doesn’t see the beaches that this location has on offer? Not you.

We know that the excuse used to be that you didn’t know which of the beaches to pick. At other times, it might be that you don’t know which the best one is – or which of these beaches will allow you to enjoy your best water-based activities.’

Well, we’ve got you covered. Let’s get right into the best beaches in Koh Samui

1 Silver Beach

The first thing that sticks out to you (no pun intended) on Silver Beach are the large boulders that contribute to the beautiful landscape here. They extend into the turquoise waters that are especially great for some snorkeling and underwater experience.

In and around Koh Samui, we can bet with you that Silver beach is one of the best beaches that you will ever come across. Whether you are just lounging around on the shore or going into the water, there is always something for everyone at Silver Beach.

2 Chaweng Beach

This is not to be confused with the Chaweng Noi beach – which is also another great beach that we think you should see too.

One of the things that we recommend is that you stay at this beach a night before you leave since it is close to the airport. If you didn’t have the chance to check it out otherwise, that is.

It is the ideal beach for parties, and you will notice that the people here are somewhat younger, on the average, than on other beaches. With a great nightlife to match, this is where you go to have all the beach party fun you traveled over to Thailand for

3 Bophut Beach

We won’t talk about the local markets and fisherman village here anymore since everyone seems to know about that these days. What we will tell you of Bophut beach, though, is that it offers you plenty to do and see in the same vein.

Those seeking a broader adventure can head into the neighboring towns to see one of the biggest Buddha temples, explore the nice restaurants and see what’s on offer at the resorts.

At the beach itself, there is never a dull moment there. Even if you didn’t come with a travel group/ partner, you are sure to still find a lot of fun things to do on Bophut beach.
