Set Aside Some Alone Time

There is a common myth that spending some time alone is equal to selfishness. This is far from the truth. It is something that you should consider, because it allows you some time to meditate, make plans, or just relax. The outcome of your time alone can actually improve the relationships you have with other people. However, note that alone time can turn to a selfish act if you do it when you are scheduled to be doing something else with a family member or friend.
