The city of Myrtle Beach is located at the center of the Grand Strand coast in South Carolina. 5. Grande Dunes

9. North Beach Plantation

Located close to Barefoot Resort, North Beach Plantation sits on a 60-acre piece of land. This community houses luxurious, townhomes, condominiums, and single homes. It is also famous for its tropical landscaping and bright colors. House prices range within the hundreds of thousands and can easily stretch well into the millions. 

10. Tidewater Plantation

Tidewater is a lovely gated community located on the north side of Myrtle Beach, just a few minutes away from the beach. It has access to 5 pools, a beach house cabana, tennis courts, and a famous golf course, making it an ideal community for golf enthusiasts. The area contains 6 gated neighborhoods with condominiums and single-family homes to suit different budgets.
