Their name ? The high socks!

In winter the high socks are showing on all legs, for our greatest pleasure. Thanks to them you will be able to say goodbye to the cold and hello to style!

But how do you wear them to be absolutely gorgeous? This is where your favorite Girl Scouts come in!  Today we bring you 5 ways to wear high socks in style this winter!

1 – SENSUAL WITH BOOTS

To bet on the combination of boots and socks is to bet on a very sensual look. Wear it with a little skater skirt and a fur or oversized coat and you will look absolutely perfect.  The advantage of this combination is that in addition to being very feminine and sensual, you will be kept warm: a pair of tights + high socks + boots = your legs will not know the cold this winter!

So jump on thick wool socks!

2 – ROCK WITH BOOTS

For a very rock look, bet on boots: bikers, fur heel boots, studs, buckles … whatever you want. The goal is to break the “schoolgirl” side of the socks.  Choose thin very transparent tights and socks of a different color from the boots to accentuate the contrast and the rock look!

3 – PREPPY WITH DERBIES

HOW TO WEAR THE LACE-UP ANKLE BOOT FOR A NIGHT OUT

For a restaurant dinner, a cocktail party or a night out with girlfriends, choose to combine your pair of lace-up ankle boots with a pretty plaid dress, a shearling jacket  and a pretty felt hat to inject some allure. to the silhouette. More casual than classic boots and more chic than a pair of sneakers, lace-up ankle boots are also perfect to accompany us on weekends. We marry them with raw blue skinny jeans and a large wool turtleneck sweater . To add a little feminine touch, we put on a thin leopard print belt that emphasizes the waist.

HOW TO WEAR THE LACE-UP ANKLE BOOT TO THE OFFICE

Let it be said, lace-up ankle boots cannot be worn with trouser legs, nor with a tailored skirt, nor even with a three-hole dress. So to be able to put them on in our office, we opt for tennis pants with pleats cut just above the ankle that we associate with a pretty gray sweater. And to enhance the prosaicness of the outfit, we bring out our most beautiful (and big) pair of fancy earrings. The ideal combo to go to work while being chic and stylish.
