Joaquín was sent the gorgeous Paris block and it was so nice to see him playing with a toy that was not plastic for once. He was drawn to the bright colors and the fact that the block made music when shaken, as there is a jingle bell inside of it. When we play with the block together, I tell him all about my trips to Paris: where I visited, what I ate, and my favorite parts of the city. He listens to me with such curiosity in his big, brown eyes. It makes me wish I could transport us to the City of Light right in that moment! My husband and I plan on taking him there one day soon.
