Now a really important thing to consider is that cats bear a long lifespan, it can be anywhere around 11 to 20 years, so if are ready to make a long-term commitment, then its fine. But if you are thinking of keeping it only for 3 to 4 years, then forget it, because cats are not gonna leave you alone for almost 2 decades.

Are you a responsible person? Because owning a cat comes with a lot of responsibilities. I mean, some people give up just by the thought of cleaning the litter box.
